I pushed out a bunch of changes yesterday.

Among them, I changed the layout of struct Alt
in thread.h to match the Plan 9 one.  This means
that all libraries and object files compiled with
the old thread.h are now poisonous.

After doing cvs up -dP, the suggested update
procedure is to cd $PLAN9 && ./INSTALL, which
rebuilds everything.  It takes a little while, but it
should prevent you from running old binaries.
You should also run $PLAN9/dist/isum after
install finishes.  If you see any compiler errors,
then it's likely that not everything got built.
In short:

    cd $PLAN9
    cvs up -dP
    ./INSTALL
    ./dist/isum
