are boddle files with changes to /sys/src/cmd/2[acl]  developed by davesc@minster.york.ac.uk
to support MMU registers and other privileged operations peculiar to the 68030,
to allow a Plan 9 port to that architecture.

report problems to me, though, not to him.
he's working on his thesis, so i'll give him a break.

i've used the modified components to do a Plan 9 kernel port to an Eltec 68030 VME card.
